Mallard Barred Flank

This feather is used in a number pf popular fly patterns including the Zoo Cougar and Boogieman Streamers.
It makes a great back, cheeks, and can also be wound around the shank to help “break up” the body of a streamer. Mallard flank feathers are also used in tying Spey flies
