Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Grand River Outfitting & Fly Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy processing time all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
All orders are shipped from Fergus, Ontario, Canada 
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be $17.00 for shipping within Canada. We also offer FREE IN STORE PICK UP. Shipping over $125.00 is FREE. We ship all packages with Canada Post and follow Canada Post’s shipping times. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once the order has been fulfilled.
Damages
Grand River Outfitting & Fly Shop is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
