At Grand River Outfitting & Fly Shop our main concern is to satisfy our customers with their order!
Returns for Online Purchases Only
- Returns must be requested within 25 days of receiving your item. (Including delivery day)
- All Sale Items are FINAL SALE
- If local, exchanges can be made at the store location
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- The returning merchandise should be received within 25 days from the time the RMA (return merchandise authorisation) is issued. Items received after 25 days will NOT be credited. (If a package is delayed during delivery it is your responsibility to immediately contact us about your situation so we may assist you)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original packaging and tags attached.
- If any item is delivered damaged, you have 4 days to contact us for assistance. (It is the buyer’s responsibility to check for any damaged items upon opening the package once it’s delivered).
- Returns are processed within two weeks of the packaged invoice.
- Returned items following all refund guidelines will be refunded in full minus any shipping charges.
For Christmas Gifts purchased between November 10 – December 24 items can be returned or exchanged up to January 31 (regular priced items only) Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org after Christmas, to make arrangements for return/exchange.
Gift Cards may not be returned.
