When many of us think of dry flies, patterns like Quill Gordons or Adams immediately leap to mind. However, the traditional ‘Catskill’ style dry has become somewhat of an afterthought among serious hatch chasers and replaced by a variety of ‘No Hackle’ patterns.
These flies are, in many cases easier to tie, don’t require expensive hackles and look a lot better on the water… at least to the fish.
Join us and Glenn Abbott as he demonstrates and discusses the ‘No Hackles’, and brings to light the merits of fishing these patterns over more traditional, mainstream dry flies.
This is a complimentary presentation.
